2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information, drawings, and timelines.
• Decisions and work carried out by third-party contractors remain the client’s responsibility.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• Fees must be paid in full prior to services or retainer benefits.
• Subscription retainers auto-renew until canceled by the client.
